Thx for the inspiration! Ur one of few posterguys who still update ur blog 😊✌️

    Thank You 🙂

Actually Im kind of lazy because I have quite often a plan to write something but somehow I dont do it.

Anyways on Monday I had this years best day (€4,1K). It was thanks to one really bad opponent in NL1K. I dont remember so bad player in so high limit. He came with $400 and in first 5 minutes he reloaded twice and gave me $1,2K. Later he joined me in different tables (all anonymous) and gave me $2K more.

After a long time I did some Uhlvar’s calculations today. Almost got the best fast results so far but messed it up at the end. Best fast one so far has been 4.54 and 6,3sec.

     Hello!

    Results from last 2 weeks.

First week was really great and I had a chance to hit 10K week again but hit a stoploss on Sunday and thats was it.

Second week was really struggling week until on Sunday I had a decent day (3,3K).

    Week 65: Played 49h , 5646 hands and won €4849.

    Week 66: Played 55,5h , 4632 hands and won €4061.

This week Im taking it easy (although I really want to make it a record month and also hit 200h hours) because we will go to nice spa hotel for  2 day with my family and friends. On Friday there is gonna be a awesome party with friends I haven’t seen quite a while. But I plan to take it easy because I want to grind on Saturday morning.

    Hello!
Exactly a year ago I wrote:

Hello everybody! April was the new best month so far: played 200h, 37288 hands, won €4707 and finished 3rd in HU monthly ranking.

At some point it was actually about €5400 but last week of April I had only minus days. But I’m still very satisfied.

Now I can write that again April was the new best month so far.

But lets first see how last week of April went. I didn’t play that much because we had a little vacation in spa hotel with my family and best friend and his family. It was really relaxing and I would like to do it every month. On Friday other friend had a little party and I went there with a plan to stay almost sober and still enjoy it. I had 3 beers and between every beer I drank cup of water. It was fun evening and then others went to bars and clubs I went home and drank some more water 🙂  I went to bet about 1am and woke up without alarm clock about 7am and started to grind. It turned out weeks best day and at some point I was up about 3,4K but then I had that hand at the end of the session:

    SB: $525.25 (VPIP: 100.00, PFR: 100.00, 3Bet Preflop: 100.00, Hands: 1)
    Hero (BB): $1,000.00

SB posts SB $5.00, Hero posts BB $10.00

Pre Flop: (pot: $15.00) Hero has A K

SB raises to $140.00, Hero raises to $410.00, SB raises to $525.25, Hero calls $115.25

    Flop: ($1,050.50, 2 players) 5 T 2

    Turn: ($1,050.50, 2 players) 2

    River: ($1,050.50, 2 players) Q

    Spoiler:
SB shows J Q (Two Pair, Queens and Twos)
    (Pre 38%, Flop 26%, Turn 9%)
Hero shows A K (One Pair, Twos)
    (Pre 62%, Flop 74%, Turn 91%)
    SB wins $1,049.00

And after that I lost some more to him, so the day ended “only” +1,8K.  So at the end of the day I was really close to 15K (with bonuses I actually had it) and had a record month (previous record was 14,4K) but I still wanted to hit 20K and 200h so I decided to give it a try on Sunday. And Sunday was of course really swingy day: started -1,2K, got back almost to 0 and then again to -1K and then managed get back to almost 0 again. So after 6h I decided to end it because I saw that I wont probably make it and spent a time with my family instead.

Week 67: Played 37,75h, only 3458 hands and won €3233.

    April 2017:

I played  201h and 21668 hands and made a new record €15066. On the graph some hands are missing and I also made about €3K with bonuses.

Altogether (since start of the CFP): €94862.

On last May I made a Life plan (thanks to M1ndCrtl) and I wrote:

    1 Year goal (until 01.05.2017)
End the CFP (earn 60K) as fast as possible (by 01.01.2017), make 100K, earn constantly €10K, winrate 16bb/100, games up to 1kNL

By that time I had made only about €8K in the program and I just wrote down my dreams and I actually didn’t have a clue how I could achieve it but here I am, one year later, almost everything has become true: finished the program 12.01.17, have made €95K, playing games up to 1KNL and only thing is that my winrate is half of what I expected, 8,3bb/100 (AI EV)

    My goals for April were:

    Play 180h+  – Yes, played 201h

    Loose 2kg – No, gained another 0,2kg

    Run 250km – I think I ran about 200km only.

Do offtable work 1h every day and work with my mindset (Mindset Acadamy)  – No, I was still too lazy although it was much better than before. Have to work harder.

Goals for the May will be the same again. But Im not sure if I get enough hours because in the middle of the May I will take a cruise to Stockholm (I took suite this time 😀 ) and at the end of the month I would like to take a longer vacation and fly somewhere warmer with my family.

Good luck to everyone (who is not playing against me)

    Thanks!

At first €20K and going from there 🙂

But I think in order to get 30K I definitely need to get to NL2K.

    Hello!
Last week was my 2nd best week ever. It was mostly thanks to Saturday which was overall 2nd or 3rd and this years best day, €4200.

    Week 68: Played 42,5h, 5030 hands and won €7920.

    Offtopic:

Week started and ended with a free day because I had running competitions. On Monday it was run around Viljandi’s lake, 11,4km. Its one of the toughest runs in Estonia. It was quite hard for me because I haven’t trained like I used to and also gained several kg but it was still enjoyable because weather was nice and my father was also running and my family was supporting me. So I ran about 10 sek per km slower than last year  but I ended still in quite good place, 157 out of 2918 ( time 48.36)

On Sunday I had another cross country run (23,3km) and it was also not easy one. After 2,5km I felt already a little bit tired. My friend started even faster and I yelled to him where are you rushing. I passed him couple km later and he told me that its hard for him. Told him to take it easier. So I ran on my own tempo but after 13km it started to go harder and harder. I decided to just go slowly to finish line, with a time about 1.40 because I thought my friend will probably run 1.45. But after 19km I was really surprised because then I looked back I saw that my friend is only 5-10 sec behind me. That gave me new energy and next 2km I put almost maximum I got, my speed rose from 4.27 (per km) to 4.13. So 2km later I was quite tired but didn’t see my friend anymore and took it easy til the finish line. Time was 1.38.43 and friend lost with 29 sec. Two and three years ago I ran about 1.32 but I didnt make €10K+ per month at that time 🙂

    Congratz on your achievement!!
By the way where do you play HU1k? There are not many sites that offer HU now 🙁 I see that PS doesn’t offer them.
    Thanks!

    Hello!

There are some sites there you can still play HU in higher stakes but I would like to keep it to myself (and to guys in CFP HU program)

Again long time silence in here and usually it means that things dont go very well but this time its kind of opposite. I had 2 new record days, a new record month, added new limit and joined the CFP as HU coach.

Week 69: Played 50,25h, 5759 hands and won €3652. Very swingy week, hit new positive and negative record day: €6543 and -€3486

Week 70: Played 31,5h, 4097 hands and won €4511. Went to Stockholm cruise with my family and hit 2 stoploss days in a row. But last day of the week saved it with new record day: €8793.

Graph of the  new record day:

Week 71: Played 50,75h, 5030 hands and won €7920. Most stable week of the month. I hit €20K mark on Saturday and couldnt decide if I should play on Sunday as it was gonna be my last playing day of the month. Couldnt sleep very well but still decided to give it a try. Ended a day good €2,2K.

    May 2017:

I played only  175h (because I took a vacation at the end of the month) and 18772 hands and made a new record €22307.

Altogether (since start of the CFP): €117169.

After first record day I added NL2K games, but 2 days later then I hit 2 stoplosses in a row I removed those games (I actually didnt get much action there). I added these games 2nd time then I hit another record day. I have played there only 200 hands (+ some untracked hands), havent won much yet and have seen only couple fishes there.

1 hand in 4way game against limping guy (I sat to table with half stack because dont feel very comfortable there yet):

    SB: €2,010.00 (VPIP: 29.20, PFR: 22.12, 3Bet Preflop: 12.28, Hands: 127)
    BB: €2,000.00 (VPIP: 50.00, PFR: 33.33, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 8)

    River: (€1,150.00, 2 players) 3
CO bets €398.74, Hero calls €398.74

    Spoiler:
CO shows K J (One Pair, Jacks)
    (Pre 67%, Flop 23%, Turn 11%)
Hero shows 4 Q (Two Pair, Queens and Fours)
    (Pre 33%, Flop 77%, Turn 89%)
    Hero wins €1,943.98

As You maybe already know (https://www.bestpokercoaching.com/new-bpc-coach-wins-8-7k-day/)  I become HU coach. It hasnt been easy start because in the game I play a lot by the feeling (that I have thanks to BPC and standard lines) and sometimes I dont have very good answer why I do things the way I do. And Im also quite critic about myself.

But I learn from every coaching and want to be as good as other coaches are.

About weight: instead of loosing it I managed to gain some more and basically I have gained almost 1kg for every €10K I have won in last year and it sucks because I want to make 1M in next years but dont want to gain 100kg :D. I think the problem is that Im an emotional eater and I like to eat a lot, especially sweats. From this month I try to compensate it by running more often and more km. 300km per month would be lovely.

I want to play this month 120h because I had 8 days off at the beginning and I have lot of events on June + coachings.

Good luck at the tables (to those who dont play against me)

    Hello!

Time to make a report about June.

June started with a family vacation in Montenegro. Its really really beautiful country.

    Here are some pictures:

    1. Chilling with my son in the balcony

    2. On an excursion

    3. Bay of Kotor (one of the most beautiful places I have been)

    4. Sveti Stefan, private island where night costs €1K+. Told to my wife that we will go there some day 🙂

    5. Ballet Dancer Statue, Budva Old Town and Montenegros largest sea island Sveti Nikola

    6. Dubrovnik was also really beautiful

    7. In front of my future boat

Overall I took month little bit easier and thanks to that results there really bad too. Also my volume has not been same as it was before but I think its mostly because its a summer time and people want to spend more time outside than behind the computer. Also I dont have all the sites tracked anymore, so I guess maybe 20% hands are missing.

    Week 72: Vacation.

    Week 73: Played 24,5h, 1483 hands and won €3018.

    Week 74: Played 44,75h, 3052 hands and won €2775.

Week 75: Played 31,25h, 2604 hands and result was –€1242.

    June 2017

I played only  131,5h and 9881 hands and made only €3625.

    Graph:

Altogether (since start of the CFP): €120794.

Weight: On my holiday I gained really quickly 2kg because food was really good and rest of the month I tried to loose it 😀 At the end of the month I managed to loose some of it and altogether it was +0,7kg. Have to do better this month.

I think I ran about 180-190km (16-17h). On vacation I ran less than usual and at the end of the month I was sick and didnt run for a week. Now I decided that I want to be in good shape and run good marathon (3.15) on October but I dont want to run 5 times a week. So I ordered 2 books: “Runner’s World Run Less, Run Faster: Become a Faster, Stronger Runner with the Revolutionary 3-Runs-A-Week Training Program ” and “Mastering the Marathon: Time-Efficient Training Secrets for the 40-Plus Athlete ” and I also generated myself a training plan in my.asics.com. Then I started to train for my first marathon I used the same page and I ran 3.28 (page predicted 3.30 result) . The good thing about it is that you can choose 2,3 or 4x training per week. I think 4x per week is optimal for me now. So according to plan I should run this month only 151km.

I plan to play 180h this month and make a new record month (as always)!

Good luck to me and to everyone else who is not playing against me 🙂

    Hello!

Its been a while since last post and time to make July’s report.

All summer has been quite a struggling for me: not too much action and my run has been also quite dry. Really waiting for the autumn and those juicy games I had last year at that time.

Quickly some weekly updates (hands numbers are by pokertracker but I have several rooms I dont have hand history, so the real numbers are probably 30-50% higher):

    Week 76: Played 37h, 2953 hands and won –€1566.

    Week 77: Played 42h, 2879 hands and won €1971.

Week 78: Played 49,75h, 3083 hands and won €7872. This was only good week in July thanks to one €5K day.

Week 79: Played 37,5h, 3360 hands and result was –€531.

    Week 80: Played 47,75h, 3979 hands and won –€86.

    July 2017

I played  183h and 14196  (tracked) hands and made  €8580. Not what I was hoping but considering the lack of action and not running the best its kind of OK month.

Graph (I excluded one site’s hands, because it shows -€1,5K there but actually I made +€5,7K. So that’s the reason why the graph is not very beautiful):

Altogether (since start of the CFP): €129374.

I took 10 days off at the beginning of August to spend some time with family and enjoy nice weather. So this month goal is 135h and next month will be even less because I finally decided to go to Cannes poker camp (wife told me to do that) and after my baby daughter will born I will take also 10-14 days off to support wife and be with my family. But from October I plan to start hardcore grind again until next summer and crush the tables.

Weight: It was basically going up and down +-1kg all the month and ended -0,1kg :D. This month goal is like always loose weight.

Running: Didn’t run too much, I think maybe only 150km but made 2 fast runs every week and I think became faster thanks to it. This month adding longer runs to my schedule (already did one 25km) to run easier marathon on October.

Good luck at the tables to everyone who is not playing against me 🙂

    Hello everyone!

    Thanks Marcus for a reminder.

Really long time no update. Usually its because things dont go my way but this time is quite other way around (most of the time).

I have planned to write for quite some time now but have postponed it several times.

For a long time I wasnt sure if I want to still publish my results or not. And now I decided to go for it. But before I go to poker results I will make a little warm up with some other stuff.

At the beginning of the September I went to BPC camp to see fellow grinders and receive my finisher trophy. It was really really great event.

I flew there in 1st class but almost missed my first flight because I was chilling in the VIP lounge and then it was time for boarding I discovered that I had lost my ID card. So I ran back to the security control to see if they have it and surprise-surprise: it was there. So I made to my flight as a last person.

    Getting my trophy:

In Cannes I talked to Gordon and he offered me to become Head Coach of HU. Offers like that doesnt come every day, so I decided to give it a try. And I still am 🙂

Pretty soon after I got back from Cannes, 13th of September, my baby girl (Martha) was born.

On october I ran my 8th Marathon. It was 2nd worse one (3.24.55) so far but my training and weight wasnt very good. So I did best I could at the moment.

In the winter I finally bought myself ski poles (I had skis already 3 years) and after 10 years I decided to try skiing. It went quite well and my friend invited me to ski Tartu Marathon. About this marathon there is saying: every true Estonian man has to ski it once in their life. It is 63km but because I hadn’t skid for 10 years I decided to make half distance this year. It went better than I expected. My pace was basically 5min per km.

About month ago we decided to take a photo shoot to capture the growth of our kids.

So this is short version of my life from last August until today.

Poker wise it has been best time ever but I will wrote about it in next post pretty soon.

Good luck everyone in the tables and go crush it!
