Yesterday I played a quick 2 hour session and today I start in cash games and the afternoon enjoying the tournament series of Poker stars I played some tournaments among them the Main Event Medium $ 22 with guaranteed prize pool of $ 750K …
I did not get any great results in the tournaments, I made a lot of ITMs and KOs and fell to 11th in a $ 2.20 PKO PLO8 tournament … getting a bit negative on the final balance.
Already in cash games I did very well playing nl50 in Ipoker and today 2 tables in PS as well (only because I found 2 excellent tables to complete my grind)

Shots on nl100 !!!
Today I decided to try again shots on the nl100 …
I only open 4 regular tables at Ipoker, always trying to find the best possible tables …
And everything went very well!
I made a very short session because I had many things to do, such as: reviewing the material I had to present in my coaching session, paying bills, supermarket shopping …
In these next days I will continue shooting, and if I lose 1 buyin on the day on nl100 I will go down to nl50 and I will shoot again on nl100 only the next day … and if I win at least $ 50 in sessions of nl50 the day before or following day…

Dead Cards day !!!
Today I started my grind on the nl100 … it was difficult to find 4 good tables, I usually played in 2 or 3 …
I played almost all of my grind in the nl100 but in the end I lost another media pot, which caused me to reach my stop loss of this limit (1 buyin), I went back to play nl50 … I recovered a little $$$ and soon I’ve finished the grind.
As I have recovered $ 50 in the last session, tomorrow I will start the grind with another attempt of 1 buyin in the nl100.

Stop Loos Day !!!
Today I started grind on nl100, but in about 80 hands I lost 1 buyin and went down to nl50 …
I also played a $ 11 PKO poker tournament, made some KOs and saved a good share of the buyin.
I was not good at all in the cash games … and after 4 hours of grind I made the stop loss.
Tomorrow I will start the grind in the nl50 …
By sessions and 10 big losses

Ooops … another slip !!!
Today I could not go well in the nl50 at Ipoker …. I lost practically all the big pots and did not make good games … it’s normal …. happens …
I also decided to play nl25 zoom in Poker stars to put a bigger volume … and I closed with 2.5 buyins up in this limit.
In the general balance of the day I closed with about $ 90 negative.
The important thing is that I still feel very good … knowing that I hit this limit (at least on Ipoker … probably on other sites too, but certainly on Ipoker) and very confident that soon I’ll be on nl100
And of course I must also take care and try to improve a little every day in every aspects …
Here some of my goals and routines:
- Studying poker every day
- Make a good volume of hands every month
- Always prepare a good material to present in the coaching sessions
- Have a good routine, with clear schedules (of course nothing very punctual)
- Go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week, according to the trainings I have to do
- i keep on the diet to gain muscle mass, passed by my coach and nutritionist (yes … now I started to train bodybuilding seriously, with personal trainner and nutritionist … /// aiming to have a better body and more strength, energy, health … besides greatly increasing self-esteem and confidence)
- Study every day a little finance, investments … etc (I already have to start preparing myself for when I start to win very well with poker! )
- Continue improving my english, even if 1 new word per day
I still have some profit in the month!
Tomorrow will have more! I hope to continue playing well and run better …

Calm Day on the Tables !!!
Today I played 4 standard nl50 tables, sometimes 3 normal ones and 1 zoom on Ipoker and also opened 2 nl25 zoom tables on Poker Stars.
It was a normal day at the tables without much swing …
I closed the day a little negative $$$ … but let’s call it break even!
Today I also attended an online lecture with Ivan “m1ndCrtl” … content always very interesting and important.

Sunday is a day that I must always play … the fields are always very full … and the more people the bigger the chance to have many fish.
And it was no different … I played for about 7.5 hours, 4 tables at Ipoker (where I did my best ever session, I won 11 buyins at nl50 = $ 550 ) and also played 2 nl25 tables at Zoom I did my worst session, as a result, as I think I played very well, and I lost about 6.5 buyin at nl25 = – $ 160) …
But overall the day closed with a great profit!

More Shots on NL100 !!!
2 days of report …
# 1 – I shot again on the nl100, but as I lost a buyin I finished the grind on the nl50 where I recovered a bit … and also a little nl25 zoom (whenever I am in nl50 I play a little zoom together .. I already play 4 tables to get as much focus as possible).
# 2 – Today … I started the day trying a few more shots on the nl100 and again soon i lost 1,5 buyins and I went down to nl50 and nl25 … it was a day where I lost a little more … about $ 55.
In these my shots on the nl100 I already felt that I can hit easy (at least on the sites where I play)
… I have done a great table selection and even most regs are not very strong …
Now I think it’s just a matter of maintaining focus, discipline, patience, continuing with good bankroll management and following the teachings of the BPC …
Tomorrow I’ll start the day at nl50, and if it’s okay I’ll try another shot at nl100 …

Stop Loss Day !!!
Today I started grind on the nl50 and nl25 …
I could not win many good pots … The important thing is that I played well and very focused.
And another thing, which I think is perhaps one of my strongest points, I do not go into tilt … it’s very very difficult for me to shake for more than 10 seconds due to a bad beat … in the next hand I do not even I think more of the lost hand …
I am fully aware that the important thing is to always make the best decisions and focus on improving a little each day … this is for all the airs of life …

Yesterday – Break even day … Nl50 + nl25
Today – It was a day that I could not do well … And I closed the day on the negative in both limits.

Short, but profitable Session !!!
Today I only played for 3 hours …
It was not mine for today …. but it happened
Well … as I said in another post, I joined a program that deals with weight training and diet …
My initial goal with muscle building will be to gain muscle mass …
I’m learning the techniques of each exercise, the correct form of performance, and what muscles of the body exercise the exercise … im also learning a bit of biomechanics ….
But the most difficult part for me is the diet …
I received a complete nutritional guide and I have accessory 24 hours for what I need … for my case of muscle mass gain I need to eat a lot …
My diet was set in 6 meals! No snacks … 6 meals!
In almost all of them I have to organize myself to prepare chicken and brown rice (sources of proteins and carbohydrates), I can vary between some other sources … but my main is chicken and brown rice … which were already part of my diet. .. but not 5 meals a day ..
Besides the number of meals the quantity is also not the smallest … every 3 weeks I will make adjustments … depending on the response of my body.
I’ve been following for 2 weeks … I feel much more willing, still no body change … but it’s only the beginning …
Now I feel like doing everything in high performance! Poker, body and mind … and of course I’ve always tried to improve a little every day to get as close to perfection as I can …
In other posts I’ll tell you a little bit more about my evolution in muscle and other areas of life that I’m working to improve … mind, finances, creativity, relationships (this must be one of my weakest pillars …).

I hope you’re not cooking on a daily basis, especially when you need to prepare that many meals per day. It can be very time-consuming. What I do is to cook all the meals for the week in one day and store everything in containers in my refrigerator, this way I only waste time with that once per week.
