-villain is completely unknown but assumed regular
-reasonable assumptions about flop call range is very ax heavy perhaps 99-qq some %
-my thinking is everything short of ak is folding enough for me to shove and ak 3b or 4b some % as well
-I rep no draws except 64 so I do think aq ats etc is likely to fold
    -what would you have done?

Think its probably fine v. unknown, this is probably one of the few combo we bluff with. I would hardly ever bluff this texture otherwise though since his range is like TT-QQ,AQ+ given context, and potting turn needs him to fold ~50% with AQ/AK making up 58% of that range. In my experience a lot of people are flatting AK in these positions vs. UTG regs, but I think we can def. discount combos from lack of 4b. If he 4b half his combos of AK pre then it’s still only 50% of his range folding to turn shove.
