Rovar no longer CFP Manager but remains as Consultant

BPC Company Announcement:

From tomorrow, Monday, September 21st on, Rovar will no longer be the CFP manager. We already hired a project manager who will take care of many tasks and will keep adding new members to our team.

Ok, here is the real reason:

We (BPC) are a victim of our own success. Rovar has done a great job as the CFP manager, but he makes too much money playing poker. BPC simply can’t pay him 10x as much as we would pay a “normal” person for the same job.

We couldn’t compete on the $$$. Rovar has already informed us about this more than a month ago, so we had time to find a replacement. Part of the work will stay in the family as his wife took over some work already.

Of course, there is no such thing as a real replacement for him, but BPC grows and our software is improving at a daily rate so other parts of his tasks will also be automated in the future.

Rovar, of course, will remain a friend and consultant to BPC and we should expect to see him (and perhaps his family) at future BPC events.

What will change for the users? Nothing. Of course besides the fact that you make sure to NOT write emails in Slovenian anymore ;).

BPC thanks Rovar for a great time together working. You, Rovar, have helped BPC grow to where it is right now and you’re an integral part of our history!

Gl on the tables!!!

P.s.: Gl, unless it’s vs CFP students. We’ll crush your soul 😉
