This year was awesome and the event a real success. We had a lot of finishers, a lot of activities and a lot of fun. Here are some pictures from the BPC Poker Camp 2016.
On 17th august 2016, everyone arrived at this beautiful location in Malta. The temperature was perfect and sun always up. Malta is a touristic island, so every person there knows English and everyone is very friendly. There are a lot of things you can do, as you will see in the following pictures.
Insider meeting before the event at Hilton bar – discussing the real deal there
Day 1 started with the exclusive baller conference. Inside “secrets” on how you can apply the same lessons learned by BPC into your life was one of the topics discussed.
Rylan telling about the 1000 chicks story during the break… and Jan finding his new hero. 😀
There were a lot of discussion and debates during the meeting.
Who teaches you that shit?
After that we went for some photo shooting Here we can see two HU coaches (m1ndCrtl and Nubson) with two of their students (Andros and rustypac).
Andros and Maestro.
Nice poses! 😀
The next day, the big How to Crush Life After Poker conference started. Here we got into more details, starting from our situation today, going through the attitude needed, the skills, the language we use, and a lot more. Finishing with a 100% action plan in BPC no bullshit style.
Explaining, the triangle between EV (ROI), Liquidity and Security.
As the rule in our coaching program is, every question is answered.
And of course, take notes. This is what the best students do.
“Raise your hand if you think you are more intelligent than the guy sitting next to you”
…somebody must be wrong 😉
“One day you will wake up and there won’t be any more time to do the things you’ve always wanted. DO IT NOW”
After each meeting, we went for lunch in the 5* Hilton restaurant.
A small incident for our coach Somebody: a fan girl dropped some liquor on his suit.
Crunky was not our bodyguard, but he surely made everyone feel safer. The picture was taken in another professional photo shooting session which every participant got for free.
At night, we went for some more fun at the Portomaso Casino in Malta. The action started with the BPC official poker tournament. Not many fishes at the tables that night. 🙂
NickRaiser putting on the x-ray glasses; the pretty dealer had nothing to hide anymore.
No, Gordon didn’t lose any bet, he just wanted the guys at his table to lose focus.
It was not really about crushing opponents, there was a lot of alcohol involved in the decision-making at the tables. The bartender had a hard time keeping pace with the drink requests. Every table requested 10 shots just for starting the tournament (True story).
Discussing the rules of the drinking game, while drinking of course.
Whoever bluffed the river had to drink a shot.
“All guys at the final table must be very drunk first.”
Winning hand? Better take those glasses which Nick left there…
Andros got his eyes on the dealer… Similar hairstyle taste, he’s got good equity here.
What happened?
m1ndCrtl giving live coaching at the poker table (…more like stealing his students blinds).
Casino’s floor manager was called because the hand was so sick…
Marvolio and Andros shaking hands at the final table…
But there can be only 1 winner.
Of course, partying did not stop after the poker tournament.
The next day, after the conference, guys went for some fast action.
Marvolio trying to overtake Somebody.
Now we can see who likes to go over the speed limit…
Not very GTO from Atvars…
Danel trying a new shortcut…did not work well…
And Jan was using special effects 🙂
And there is the finish line.
Checking the results…
… And there are the winners!
Award ceremony. Atvars getting his trophy.
Rylan finished two programs in record time, NL HU Soldier and PLO HU Elite.
Congrats also to those that could not be at the event.
Winners club. You know how you can get in…
The event was a real success.
Final dinner…
…could not end without some more having fun. Guys engaged in a small arm wrestling tournament.
A friendly message for the other regulars trying to be a pro.
See you next year.
