“I found BPC and at the beginning I bought the book and the videos of the standard lines and it worked perfectly!”

Alessio fell in love with poker 7 years ago and he still is in love with the game. That is why BPC is the right place for him. Here he can meet other poker lovers and fellow grinders in our large community.

How did you get in touch with poker and what made you decide to start playing?

It happened 6-7 years ago I think because I was invited to play poker with my friends.

I didn’t know how to play, so I played totally random. Only thanks to my friends, I discovered the game and I am still in love with this exciting and wonderful game.

How did BPC help you to improve your game?

I was surfing on the internet to try to find new coaching sites. I spent a lot of time and money but there were no sites that tell you what to do exactly at the poker tables, especially on the micro-stakes.

Randomly, I found BPC and at the beginning I bought the book and the videos of the standard lines and it worked perfectly!

I started with NL2, built the roll to pay the security deposit to join the program. 3 months ago I started on NL 2 again and today I am currently playing NL 10 and I am ready to start the intermediate course!
Where do you live and how do you like to live there?

I live in Arona, a small town in Piedmont, Italy.

The place here is amazing, there is the famous Lake Maggiore located on the south side of the Alps and halfway between Lake Orta and Lake Lugano. Here there is also the beautiful and famous town of Stresa.

What gives you the motivation to get back to the tables every day?

There is no need for motivation. Like everything in life, if you want it, you have to do it, no matter what. Even if you think that is impossible.

I love this game, I love the competition and yeah I like(not love) numbers. I’m 23 years old, I have a degree in Economics and I’m studying to have a master’s degree in finances, and also I spend a lot of time to play and study poker, and  play football too 😀

Any tips for motivation for your fellow grinders?

Yes, I like helping others, if they have troubles in their game or in their motivation.

Just a few things: For me, I think it’s very important to write down a list of things to do. For example how to organize your everyday life(like wake up at 7 am, study until 12 am, grind 1 – 4 pm, study+activities 4 – 6 pm, grind 8 pm – 12 am, things like that).

It’s really helpful to have a game plan and a life plan. That is why BPC really works, not only to improve your game but especially to improve your mindset. Set your goals, even if they are difficult to realize, so you can push yourself harder to do your best, not only at the tables but even in your life as well.

If you could suggest only 1 thing for people to improve their game, what would it be?

Follow literally what BPC teaches you, no need to deviate and you will make a lot of money 😀
