Aside from the mega jackpot potential, Spin & Go tournaments are unique in the fact that they are only 3-handed and therefore just 3 positions at the table.

BUTTON
When playing the button, you will be in position for the entire hand, however, since Spin & Go’s are only 3-handed, playing the Button also means you will act first at the beginning of the hand (preflop). In this position, you can play more hands than the other two seats and stealing blinds (as well as defending re-steals) will be a huge part of our strategy.
SMALL BLIND
The Small Blind will act second preflop but first on every street postflop. It’s the worst position at the table and therefore we must play tighter from the Small Blind than we would from the Button, however, we should still be looking to steal from the Big Blind as much as possible.
BIG BLIND
When in the Big Blind we will be acting last preflop. We need to be defending our Big Blind versus steals quite a bit, otherwise, we will be bleeding too many chips and not giving us the best chance to take down the tournament.

The BTN/SB
You will be in position for the whole hand post-flop but will act first pre-flop.
The BB
You will act 2nd pre-flop and first on all post-flop streets.
