Meet the BPC Support Team (part 1)

Best Poker Coaching’s support works 24/7 to provide the best customer service on the market.

We have many people, from all over the world working in our support.

It’s not nice to just see a name when you’re contacting support.

In today’s post, you’ll be able to put a face to the names you see when you need to contact BPC Support.

We asked them some questions, so you can get to know them a little better, and know how is it like to work for Best Poker Coaching.

Where do you live and how is it to live there and what do you like a lot about it?

Alessio: “I live in Arona, a small county in Piedmont, Italy. The place here is amazing, there is the famous Lake Maggiore located on the south side of the Alps, halfway between Lake Orta and Lake Lugano; there is also the beautiful and famous country of Stresa. It’s cool to live here, we are not a big city, but we have two lakes, a lot of clubs and our nights are soo long and full of fun.”

Arona, Italy.

David: “I live in Mar del Plata, south of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The city is a seaside resort, on the coast of the province of Buenos Aires, which is one of the country’s tourist icons.

In the summer months, a lot of people arrive to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Beaches, bars, casinos, and theaters are just some of the things I like about my city. It is an amazing and beautiful place to live!”

Mar del Plata, Argentina.

Ivan: “I live in Belgrade, Serbia. Serbia is a poor country, but the freedom you have here, you can’t find anywhere else.

Belgrade is the capital of Serbia, the biggest city, the “city of opportunities”, and most of the people who come here comes back to this friendly city who is welcoming to everyone.

Many of them come back to stay forever because they enjoy living with friendly people who defied everyone in history, who respect everyone, their value, and their freedom more than anything else. Also, they call our city the “capital of nightlife”, so come and have fun in our clubs!”

Belgrade, Serbia.

Why did you decide to work for BPC? What did you have to do to get in?

Alessio: “I decided to apply to work for BPC because they changed my approach to poker and improved my game, especially the mindset part. I started at Nl2 6-max now I’m at Nl25, I could do way-way better. If only I’d put more volume (biggest leak!). So I was amazed by their work and I thought, why not?

I always liked helping and explaining others when they have troubles in their game or in their motivation, and one of my dreams is to be a very good coach. So I sent Gordon some of my concept videos plus some homework, from there I joined The BPC family.”

David:  “I decided I wanted to work for BPC in October when the first notice appeared requesting voluntary moderators. Wrote down an application automatically but failed the test and didn’t get called.

I didn’t give up and continued to contribute in the forums, helping as many people as I could, until the long-awaited email finally arrived: “Are you ready to work for BPC?” I had won a place :)”

Ivan: “I was a soldier my whole life. Hard life, low salary and always hated everything that had luck involved. Then a good friend of mine told me about this poker site, where you join, pay 50% of your profits and teach you how to become a poker professional!

My 1st reaction was a cold no – no gambling. But when I learned more, I thought – that’s a great deal, the cheapest possible education with a guarantee that they will teach me how to play, because they only get money if I win, no luck involved, no gambling. I ended up giving it a try (even without ever playing a single hand of poker) and I fell in love with NOBS style of coaching.

When I saw the post about the job in BPC in the Facebook group, I applied.  Wanted to change my whole life, direct it to the poker world. I prepared, learned FAQ, passed all the tests and got in! This was the hardest, and at the same time, the best decision in my life! I have freedom to live wherever I want and learn poker, priceless!”

How is it like to work for BPC? What do you like the most?

Alessio: “You always have to do your best, it’s perfectly organized with different tasks and definitely, they improve you a lot!

Every day you are in contact with students or clients and we are here to solve their problems. In my opinion, the part of education is amazing, it helps you to be a better poker player and helps students to always do their best.”

David: “Working BPC is a constant test. There are a lot of situations where you have to give the best you’ve got and find a solution, no matter what.

The best part of all this is that we have an amazing team, and we are all working together. BPC is the place where hard work is rewarded!”

Ivan: “Working for BPC can be hard, you need to be constantly learning and you need to be better than others, it’s not an option to be average. But hey, that’s not a bad thing! I am proud to be better than others, to be in the organization which is so good that we can’t even find bad reviews when someone asks you where to find it.

The trial period was difficult, I made a lot of mistakes, and got flamed for every single one of them. Give up? Nope!

When I heard the name BestPokerCoaching for the 1st time, I thought – ok, what a name, it’s like a bad commercial. Now I know “BEST” is the only word that can describe BPC!

Have you ever contacted BPC Support? You’ll feel like an elite member every time you contact us, I promise!”

And these are 3 members of our support team, but we still have 3 more! Next post will be about them!
