BPC online tournament results

This Saturday we had our first online tournament. Despite the small buy-in, even our HU coach m1ndCrtl came along to have a little fun with his students.

Due to a technical mistake, there were no breaks in the MTT. But who needs to eat or go to the bathroom anyway? 😀

From the 76 starting players, only 9 got to join the final table:

bluffin.JAJA: $48809
bluebirdgaz: $12599
bringDpain: $11440
carpatia: $9544
m1ndCrtl: $8343
McLane#45: $8297
ME0WSKl: $7577
stano5: $5553
GrossiXXX: $1838

Right in the first hand “bluffin.JAJA” opens, “GrossiXXX” goes all-in, “m1ndCtrl” shoves on top and “bluffin.JAJA” calls, putting both players at risk.

“m1ndCrtl’s” AA holds, gives him a big double up, and send “GrossiXXX” home in 9th place.

A few hands after that, “carpatia” open on the CO and “stano5” shoves on the BTN, “carpatia” calls to put him at risk.

“carpatia” hits a straight on the river to eliminate “stano5” in 8th place

Blinds go up, “bluebirdgaz” opens and get called by “McLane#45” on the big blind, in a 9sJh9c flop, original raiser shoves $4769 into a $2670 pot and get called by the BB.

“McLane#45” hits a T on the turn to send “bluebirdgaz” home in 7th place.

Blinds up again, “bringDpain” open jam and get called by “carpatia’s” remaining $859 after losing a big pot to “m1ndCrtl”.

“bringDpain’s” AJo holds vs “carpatia’s” J9o and we get our 6th place.

Blinds $300/$600 with $70 ante, “m1ndCrtl” opens and get called by “McLane#45” in the small blind and “bringDpain” in the big blind. In a $4292 pot, SB leads $2876 and BB shoves his remaining $17662, “m1ndCrtl” folds and SB calls.

“bringDpain’s” top pair can’t beat a set and he got eliminated in 5th place.

Blinds $400/$800 with $100 ante, “ME0WSKl” open jam $4656 on the CO, get called by “m1ndCrtl” on the BTN,  “bluffin.JAJA” makes a squeeze and “m1ndCrtl” get out of the way.

“ME0WSKl” can’t win the flip, and go home in 4th place.

3 handed, “m1ndCrtl” open shove in the SB to steal the BB and get called by “bluffin.JAJA”.

“m1ndCrtl’s” T7o don’t improve vs “bluffin.JAJA’s” J7o and he get eliminated in 3rd place.

After a little over 40 minutes playing heads up, “bluffin.JAJA” on the SB put “McLane#45” all-in for his remaining $14933 and get called.

98o beats “McLane#45’s” AQs and bluffin.JAJA wins the first BPC online tournament! Congratulations!
